Tonight after work I cooked the other beef eye fillet for dinner.

Beef eye fillet with sliced garlic & chilli
served with Portabello mushroom and Zucchini in butter


Cooked perfectly medium


I also cooked some bolognaise sauce and had some with spaghetti for supper. The rest of the sauce I put in the fridge to use to make lasagne tomorrow night.



Garlic, onion, beef mince, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, worcestershire sauce
