Several nights ago, I made what I'm having for dessert tonight.
I layered the bottom of some ramikins with some berry coulis I made.
I crushed some biscuits for a biscuit base.
I realised too late that I forgot to line each ramikin with gladwrap before filling them...I won't be able to pull them out! So I just put biscuit base on one of them.
When I went to serve up the ice creams I found a delicate film of ice over each ramikin that had formed on the underside of the gladwrap.
