I spent the night in the kitchen cooking up a storm! I googled a recipe for a basic cheese sauce and made a cauliflower cheese bake.

I precooked the cauliflower in the microwave for a few minutes to soften it.


Fresh from the oven!


The cheese sauce worked out well.


I used the rest of the cheese sauce to whip up a fast pasta dish with pancetta.

    Ummm... How come you used the date as the title of this blog entry?

    I bet you'd get more hits if you titled it Cauliflower Cheese Bake.
