I had a few homemade beef burger patties in the freezer from a burger night I had a while back. I defrosted them for lunch.
Alas! I forgot to buy burger buns.

Deconstructed Beef Burger with homemade Coleslaw.

Cheese Tortellini & Vegetable Soup with Speck
