Kok Heng's taken time off work in Canberra to fly back to Perth so I had him and Kong come over for dinner. He says he's been living off two minute noodles with two prawns for the past few months due to budget constraints after purchasing two properties, so I thought it was time he had a homecooked meal.

We had spaghetti with zucchini, tomatoes, onion and baby red snapper in a white wine and olive oil sauce. Served with garlic bread hot from the oven.
