On the night shift, it was really busy. So much for a quiet weekend to ease myself back into the hard yakka. After work I made myself some bee hoon soup. I am so so soooo loving coriander right now.
Ingredients:
garlic
soy sauce
fish
bee hoon rice noodles
chinese vegetables (choy sum I think)
served with fried shallots, chilli and coriander
