After work, I made another batch of chicken pies. Chicken Pie Cups - that's the name I'm giving this dish I've concocted. It's pretty much the same recipe as the chicken pie recipe I made a few days ago but I used puff pastry instead of mashed potato.

I bought a couple of apricot chicken marinated skewers from the deli section of Woolworths to put in my next pita roll. I used sliced tomatoes and since I did not have anymore lettuce greens that were of suitable size to pick, I used coriander from my garden! It tasted sooo great with the apricot chicken flavour. Very asian sort of taste.
