On tonight's menu...
Beef Sirloin Steak with Panfried Broccolini and a creamy mushroom and pancetta sauce
In the sauce I had garlic, chilli flakes, rosemary, cream, mushrooms, pancetta, pinenuts and almonds. I kept most of it for dinner tomorrow night - wait and see!
