Today I spent some time in the sunshine to make up for being in bed all of yesterday. I did some transplanting, weeding and took some baby cos to Ling and Shallen - my first harvest!

My strawberries are starting to get their colour!

Tonight was dinner at Marissa's. She's been getting me salivating at the thought of the dishes she's been talking about making. HOMEMADE PASTA! I think I would have cried myself to sleep if my migraine had stuck around today.

While Marissa was making final preparations for dinner, Teresa took us around the back of the house to show us their little vegetable garden they've started. I was expecting to see a little section of removed paving with a garden bed set up but no - they've planted their vegetables into the small spaces beside their fence! It's so quaint and gorgeous!

Marissa made us a cocktail with pomegranate juice she picked up from the Swansea Street Markets. A splash of vodka - seriously, it was like a teaspoon - because most of us were driving home; a cube of ice; and a slice of fresh lime.
