Lamb Shanks with Vegetables

In the evening I went outside and finally got around to collecting the seeds of the plants that have shrivelled up. Some of the seed pods have already burst open and little seedlings are pushing their way through the soil in my herb planter boxes. I collected some horned mustard seeds, mizuna seeds, coriander seeds and basil seeds.

Dinner
Spaghetti with Stewed Vegetables

I used the remaining vegetables that I'd stewed together with the lamb shank to make this pasta dish. Yum!

Later at night, I helped Christina prepare some food for her birthday BBQ tomorrow. while grating about a kilo of carrots for her carrot cake, I ate about half a slab of camembert, crackers and some cold meats including ham, roast pork, etc.

Simba sleeping on my bed I put the pillow over his head so that the glow from the light doesn't disturbhim.
