Snack at Work
Salmon with Salad

At home, I placed the raw salmon fillet skin side down on a piece of baking paper and seasoned it with cracked black pepper. I then wrapped it up and put it into a plastic takeaway container at at work I cooked it in the microwave. I wasn't sure how long to cook it for, so I just the preprogrammed settings for 'fish'. The microwave cooked my salmon for four minutes and when I unwrapped it, it was beautiful!

I gently rolled the salmon off the baking paper and into my container of salad. It was delicious. I forgot to bring dressing for the salad, but the oils coming out of the salmon was enough to 'dress' the salad.

I definitely have to cook salmon this way again in future. A really easy, fuss-free and mess-free way of having a delicious cooked meal at work. Not to mention really healthy.

Supper
Bee Hoon Soup with Beef Balls, Enoki & Wombok

After this huge bowl of noodles, I still felt like something else. Something sweet.

Midnight Indulgence
Mascarpone & Cream with Berries

Oh my god! This was utterly crazy to eat at 3am in the morning!! Needless to say I couldn't get through it all so it went into the fridge for another time.
