Mum's Chicken Wings


I love how Mum seasons the chicken before roasting them in the Turbo. It must be a mixture of soy sauce and some other Asian sauces and spices. The skin is always so crisp and absorbs all the flavours. Alot of the times the skin actually looks like it's burnt because it's black but I know better. The darker the skin in, the crunchier and more delicious it is!

I visited the Wanneroo Markets again this Sunday to get some fruit and vegetables with Benoit and Ivy for dinner. Most of it was already prepared by his dad so we had a really lazy Sunday.

Benoit wanted dessert. Sarena had to make the dessert.

Fortunately, it was one of those premix cakes. I just had to follow the instructions to add water, vegetable oil and egg, beat the mixture and then bake it.
