Lunch at Work
Fish Burrito


I packed the filling for the burrito separately and made it up just before eating it so that the burrito wouldn't get soggy in the fridge over night. I put some chopped lettuce, diced tomato, coriander, panfried diced barramundi and mayonnaise in a container and spooned this mixture onto my tortilla. I rolled it up and ate it - deliciousl light, healthy lunch.
