Thai Green Chicken Curry


I made it from jar paste - I found it a bit on the salty/sweet side. I prefer using the paste that comes in a tin can. I added chicken, bamboo shoots and red capsicum.

Instant Ramen with Beef Balls, Enoki & Stuffed Chillies


I know...it's looking to be such a boring week of food, huh?

This is what happens when I'm on the 12-8pm shift. No time either side. Aargh! I hate this shift!
