Instant Ramen with Stuffed Chillies


As usual, the bottle of wine I polished off last night didn't leave me with a hangover. I really recommend European wines - they don't contain preservatives so they don't give you migraines or hangovers. You pay a little more but it's worth it.

Dinner
Scotch Fillet with Green Peppercorn & Red Wine Reduction
served with Buttered Rosemary Baked Potatoes
and Asparagus Spears wrapped in Proscuitto




Supper
Prawn Cocktail Salad
with Wasabi Mayonnaise dressing


I made the salad with some fresh baby cos leaves, diced avocado, diced roma tomato and peeled Vannamei prawns. The dressing I made by whisking some whole egg mayo, wasabi paste and lemon juice. Quick and easy!
