Eggplant Parmagiana
The eggplant parmagiana was some of the leftovers from the one I made yesterday for the BBQ. Layers of eggplant, homemade Italian tomato sauce, Tasty cheese and mozzarella. Delish!
I was able to scrape out a bit of marrow from the bones in the lambchops. Mmm I love marrow.
Homemade Chicken & Corn Soup
I fly out to Singapore tomorrow night and I haven’t yet started packing yet.
