Chicken Bulgogi, Bean Sprouts with Salted Fish & Kim Chi
Yes, a bit of an unusual combination but delicious. I had the leftover chicken bulgogi in the freezer from a 'Korean dinner night' we had a while back.
Mum had made the bean sprouts stirfry with the salted fish and I couldn't resist helping myself to some of that.
And kim chi. Do I love kim chi. I remember when I worked in hospitality in Northbridge all those years ago, I used to buy kim chi to eat alone with rice for lunch. The spicier, the better.
