Rump Steak with Rosemary & Chilli
with Roasted Carrots, Steamed Asparagus
and baked Truffle infused Potato Wedges
I sliced the potatoes up into wedges, parboiled them - I steamed the asparagus in the steamer attachment at the same time - then drizzled them with some truffle oil and popped them in the oven to bake with some carrots that I'd also sliced up.
I panfried the rump steak - yes, rump steak because Mum had bought it - with some olive oil, rosemary and chilli flakes. I didn't enjoy the steak though - it was too tough. Once you go scotch, you can't go back!
