Garlic & Chilli Prawns Salad
Ooh this was sooo good! I made the dressing by removing the prawns from the olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes that I had cooked them in and whisking mayonnaise through it when it had cooled down. Fresh leafy lettuce and blanched asparagus. I could have eaten twice as much.
