It's been a while since I've roasted a whole chicken.

Why?

Because I can't see myself eating an entire chicken. I need some help!


I rubbed Masterfoods' 'Roast Chicken' spices over the entire chicken.

I made some dry stuffing with breadcrumbs, rosemary, salt and pepper. Usually I would make a moist stuffing but since Jocelyn was eating it, I didn't want the chicken to be too 'oily' or she wouldn't eat it.

I tied the drumsticks together.
