I spent most of today with the neighbour's kids making gingerbread men! They've never made them before and were eager to do it when I asked if they'd like to pop over and learn how.We made the dough and while it sat in the fridge for an hour, we drove out to get some food colouring for the royal icing to decorate them.
As if 8.5 hours of baking gingerbread men wasn't tiring enough, I dreaded the clean up afterwards!
