I bought a french stick and some various things that I'd sliced and diced last night to make lunch today. Mushrooms, capsicum, pineapple, tomatoes, onion and fresh basil. I thought we had some cheese in the fridge at work but it turns out there was only a little bit left...about a quarter of a cup! So we had to use it very sparingly over all the subs!
Dinner was Chicken, Pasta and Vegetable Soup
