I bought a bag of zucchinis for only $2, with the intention of finally getting around to making zucchini slice. I googled a recipe and found one at Taste.com that I loosely based mine on.

Onion, bacon, grated cheese, plain flour, eggs and zucchini.

I should have used a smaller, deeper pan.

Yum! Delicious to eat warm or cold!
