Pork and Prawn Siu Mai


They turned out okay but you have to eat them as soon as they're cooked or the wantan wrappers get tough. I also need to invest in some bamboo stackable steamers. I had to make do with placing a metal dish on top of my egg rings in the pot! They cooked great, but when it came time to take the lid off, the condensation from the underside of the lid dripped onto the siu mai!
