Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Prawn
I stayed at Marissa's last night and so didn't have time to prepare lunch for work today. It just so happened that the Red Cross tuck shop was selling off their sushi and spring rolls cheap as they were expiring today. I grabbed a bargain, paying only $1 for each!
Wanton Soup with Mi Sua
We didn't have enough bee hoon noodles for me to have a bowl, so I used some mi sua and Mum made wantons. Yum!
Chicken & Vegetable Soup with Risoni
Lots and lots of grated pecorino, fresh coriander and chillies.
The purple chillies are from my Thai Chilli plant; the red and green are from the shops. Love my chilli!
