Thai fish cake
My mum bought these and had fried some in a pan for us to try. I didn’t like them. They taste much too processed and rather flavourless. I only tried one because I was starving and waiting for my supper to heat up.
Mum’s Pork Spare Ribs Soup
This is one of my favourites. Potato, carrots, tomato, onion, garlic, and juicy succulent pieces of pork spare ribs.
I went to bed praying I didn’t get a call out tonight.
