Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Penne
As you can see, I didn't use very much cream for this so when I reheated it at work, the pasta absorbed most of the sauce and it wasn't gluggy or too heavy.
When I'm on the night shift, I tend to crave sweet sugary things nows. I think it's my body's way of screaming out for more energy to keep up with running around the lab on my own to get everything done.
That's the huge mug I bought from Todai when I was in Las Vegas in 2006. It's like the BEST seafood buffet!! *drool*
