Portuguese Chicken with Sage
served with Roasted Potatoes, fresh Rocket & Cous Cous
We have little rocket plants popping up over the garden so I picked some of the larger leaves to eat. Our garden is a mish mash of random plants now that the seeds from last year have germinated and grown. It's a nice surprise to see what's there!
