Tonight I was stumped for dinner. I stared in the freezer for a while and then took some prawns out to defrost while I took a shower.
Can't go wrong with prawns.
SAMBAL PRAWNS
Ingredients:
10 prawns - peeled, deveined and sliced into half lengthwise
1 Tbn olive oil
1 Tbn sambal belachan
1 Tbn water
half brown onion, sliced
half red capsicum, sliced
enoki
fresh coriander
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sambal belachan and onion. Fry for a few minutes.
