Thai Chicken Basil

Mum made some Thai Basil Chicken last night and I had some for breakfast this morning. I fried a few eggs - love the gooey yolks to mix in with the chicken and rice!

Alas! It just didn't taste the same without Mum's homemade chilli paste. I dropped the bottle of it a few weeks ago and Mum hasn't had time to make any. I tried adding some chilli flakes but it wasn't the desired result. Not satisfied, Jan!
