Whenever I roast chicken, I usually roast two pieces so I can have one the next day at work.

Chilli Tuna Spaghetti

...and then I napped. I got up to make a late dinner. Our theme for lunch at work tomorrow is curry so I suggested that everyone cook curry for dinner tonight and then take the leftovers to work tomorrow. Curry always tastes better the next day anyways!
