The theme for today's lunch was 'International Cuisines'. I searched my pantry and fridge for something I could make and eventually settled on Vietnamese spring rolls.

Bee Hoon, boiled Pork Belly, Bean Sprouts, fresh Coriander and Mint
with a chilli, soy sauce and fish sauce dipping sauce

Gail brought in this gorgeous Lemon Tart, which we ate with lots of cream!

Rucha brought us this spicy Cous Cous

Claire put aside some food for the night staff...
