I am delighted to see that my chillies are beginning to ripen and they are growing in abundance! My mum has been working wonders with them by applying homemade liquid fertiliser that she makes using our food scraps and sheep manure.

My Habanero chillies are extra hot!

Bee Hoon Soup with Prawns, sliced Fish Cake, Cabbage
and lots of fresh Coriander

The prawns were sweet and succulent!
