In preparation for tomorrow's gastronomical festivities at work for Melbourne Cup Day, I got busy baking. I couldn't really think of anything else to make for our lunch tomorrow so I settled on quiche.
Bacon, Leek and Mushroom Quiche
The large one turned out more like a deep pan pizza because the pastry and filling sank down heaps after baking. The smaller quiches were much better. I need to find myself a deeper flan dish.
