THURSDAY LUNCH - PASTA!
I made Farfalle with Chorizo & Fennel Perry brought Rigatoni with Basil Pesto and Brendan made Rigatoni with Sundried Tomatoes and Olives
No one brought garlic bread!
For dessert....
Ian brought in his ice cream maker and in the morning he switched it on to start churning the ice cream. It then went into the freezer to set while we worked!
After lunch, we had homemade Mango Ice Cream with wafers that Brendan brought in.
Brendan made an ice cream sandwich.
We are going to have to try to twist Ian's arm to make us more ice cream!
