THURSDAY LUNCH
I made Chicken & Mushroom Risotto last night.

I also made some Lentil & Cous Cous salad.

Someone brought in a platter!

Ooh this was far better than the mango ice cream, in my opinion! Even though Ian no longer works with us in the lab, I have taught him well so that he still knows to send us some food for our weekly lunches!
