I had to work today but some of the Benoit gang headed down to Mandurah to try their luck catching us dinner. Success!

They got about twelve good sized crabs and since they did all the hard work, I helped to chop them up. There was much squealing from me since some of the crabs were still alive and even if they weren't, they seemed to squirm a bit when I drove the cleaver through them.

We had as much as we could for starters and then put the rest aside for the main course.


Dessert was Kong's homemade Green Tea Ice Cream.
It hadn't had enough time to set properly and the heat caused it to melt before I could dig my spoon in!
