I cooked a Scotch Steak tonight for dinner.

I cut the potato into slices but didn't cut all the way through on the bottom. Then I cooked it in the microwave and added some grated parmesan and cooked it for another thirty seconds until the cheese melted a bit. Too lazy to wait for it to bake in the oven!
