THURSDAY LUNCH - GREEK
After much deliberation, we finally settled on a Greek theme for today's lunch at work. Well...at least Mediterranean.
I baked some baby potatoes with lemon juice and fresh rosemary from the garden...
...and brought a can of Dolmades.
Louise made Spinach and Ricotta Filo Triangles.
Brendan brought in freshly baked Turkish bread and dips.
Neelam made a Spicy Potato Soup.
Ursula brought something for those with a sweet tooth.
