Sage & Cajun Roasted Chicken with Potatoes & Asparagus

I have so much sage growing in the garden that I don't know what to do with it. I could dry it and give it away. Bah, that would require time, which I don't have right now! I should try to use more of it!

I cut a handful of the gorgeous herbs and washed them well before stuffing several leaves beneath the skin of some chicken thighs pieces.

Maybe I should make some sage butter...
