I made the soup with some garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sambal oelek, cloves and vegeta. I threw in some chinese vegetables, seafood tofu and red snapper pieces. Served with fresh cut chillies and coriander straight from the garden.

Today for lunch I felt like some noodles. We were out of bee hoon but I had some other type of noodles. Rice noodles?
I made the soup with some garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sambal oelek, cloves and vegeta. I threw in some chinese vegetables, seafood tofu and red snapper pieces. Served with fresh cut chillies and coriander straight from the garden.
For dinner I had some of Mum's curry with spaghetti and a beer.
I haven't lost my beer pouring skills!
