I roasted some chicken to take to work for dinner tonight.

I also made a quick salad with some horned mustard from my garden, red cabbage and sundried tomatoes. I made a dressing with whole egg mayonnaise, seeded mustard and white wine vinegar. I brought some of the pan juices and heated that up to drizzle over the chicken separately so that the crispy skin wouldn't go soggy.
