chicken & zucchini stirfry, broccoli & rice
I've had such a sweet tooth since I've been back from holidays. I found these jam tarts in the tearoom and happily ate one.
Mum had a steak in the fridge so I had that for supper when I got home from work tonight. It was just a blade steak I think. I cooked the steak in the pan with some olive oil and chilli flakes, then let it rest on my plate. I sauteed some sliced baby eggplant and grape tomatoes, then mixed them through with some baby spinach leaves. Last of all, I sauteed some sliced mushroom and garlic in the pan with the renderings.
