Squid Stirfry
Last night I threw together this quick stirfry with baby squid, asparagus, red capsicum, mushrooms, garlic, shallots, soy sauce and sambal belachan.
After work I caught up with Mr Barry White for drinks and dinner. I met him during my first semester of uni and we still keep in touch. Funnily enough, he actually works for the hospital that I work at.
We went to the Last Drop Brewery on Nicholson Road, Canning Vale. We just had a few drinks and then ordered a pizza to share when we were hungry.
