Singapore Curry Laksa with Seafood


Since I'm not a nine-to-fiver, I now have to ask Mum to pick up miscellaneous groceries for me during the week. I felt like laksa, so I asked her to buy some laksa sauce for me. She made a fantastic choice with this one.

Vietnamese rice noodles, coconut cream, Singapore curry laksa paste.


I sliced up some fish cake, Vannamei prawns and found some tofu stuffed with prawn and pork mince in the freezer.

It was delicious.
