My favourite parts of the chicken are the thigh and drumstick, which explains why I love to buy the 'maryland' cut of the chicken. I get my mum to roast it for me since she will not part with her marinade recipe. I suppose she loves that I keep coming back to her asking her to cook my chicken for me =P

I had my chicken with some pasta Christina had made and a salad of rocket, red onion, cucumber and an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
