I put together a quick lunch and packed the rest up to take to work for dinner.

I ran out of the bee hoon that I like so had to use misua instead. Not the same but I had to make do =/
Do you see the trend unfolding this week? That's right, I've just been coming home from work and whipping up pretty much the same bee hoon soup with yong tau fu and whatever Chinese vegetables I can find in the fridge. Something quick and filling, yet doesn't make me feel like a bloated whale even though I eat like two kilos worth of food.
I also got the first few pictures of my cousin's newborn baby in Singapore. He's gorgeous! I absolutely cannot wait to see him when I go visit at the end of the year.
