Yes, I know. I've been really slack with the posts this week. I come home from work each night and sit down infront of my computer with the intention of at least uploading one new entry but then just end up eating my two kilo bowl of noodles and then rolling into bed. It just makes me even more keen to get a laptop instead of updating my current computer. That way I can take it into work work me and work on blog entries so I can just come and upload them without having to sit here and spend time thinking of things to write or going through photos and editing them, hell just even remembering what I was eating or where I was at. Luckily my camera uploads the images into folders according to date. Otherwise I'd be pretty much stuck trying to figure out what I ate on what day.

Anyhoo...to continue this boring week of boring food...

I didn't have time to pick up anything for dinner at work tonight so I ended up just basically snacking the whole night. Let's see...this is what I ate tonight at work:

  • Coles original crinkle cut chips
  • three mugs of instant miso soup
  • two cups of tea
  • two Tim Tams
  • some apple Mentos
  • a Sherbie

Christina said she was thinking of making pizza tonight so I told her to leave me some if she did. I did ask her to message me on my phone to let me know if she did make some because I sort of like to psyche myself up for what I'm going to be eating when I get home from work. If there's nothing to eat at home, I like to spend the time driving home coming up with something that I'll make when I get home. If my mum tells me she'll leave me leftovers but when I get home and there's actually nothing left, I get annoyed because I would have spent time thinking of eating it and be looking forward to it by the time I arrive home. It's like craving something and then not being able to have it. You're just left unsatisfied and still craving it.

Anyhoo, I didn't get a message from Christina so I was preparing myself for having to make something to eat when I got home. But no, I checked the oven and there were some pizzas made with pita bread in there. I had about one and a half pita bread's worth of pizza. She made a hawaiin pizza and a couple of 'the works' pizzas - one with jalopenos. I knew those jalopenos I bought would come in handy one day.

I have to say, these pizzas were the best damn meal Christina's made. I had half a bottle of my 'wonky bottle' to go with them. I like usint pita for pizzas. I guess it's because I prefer thin crust when I eat pizzas so that I can actually taste the topping and eat more, rather than fill up on dough after eating a few slices.

Now I'm drinking a cup of peppermint tea while I catch up on my blogs and will head to bed as soon as this is posted.
