I have fallen in love with these Chinese New Year biscuits that Mum brought back from Singapore.

Pineapple Tart Balls


They taste exactly like the pineapple tarts I grew up eating, but they're in a ball instead of a 'pie' or 'tart' shape. Yum! Mum used to always make pineapple tarts every year when we were younger. Not anymore...it's quicker, cheaper and easier to buy them now. Nothing beats homemade though.

In the evening I went to 'Bond Night' at Noel and Fleurette's place. We had a few drinks.
