After Work Snack
rice flour rolls with sesame oil & sesame

I remember when we were living up north in Goldsworthy and Mum made these rice flour rolls for us. Dad is a huge handyman and master of all do-it-yourself projects, so he put together some little square metal trays that my Mum used to make them. She made the flour mixture, poured some into the metal trays and steamed them in a steamer. We ate them as fast as she was able to roll them out of the trays. She only ever made them the one time. It's just more work than it's worth. You can buy really great freshly made ones nowadays.

Dinner
Sirloin with Garlic, Chilli, Mushrooms & Pancetta
Orange & Fennel Salad
